H.I.I.T. - Small Group Training classes conducted primarily on the gym floor utilising existing gym equipment. Strengthen and condition your body to be life fit. H.I.I.T. - will help you kick your fitness goals into shape.
Mat Pilates - Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. Low impact movements are performed using mind-body and breath connection. Ensuring correct posture and spinal alignment will help strengthen the muscles of the entire body. Benefits include: improved posture, coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, concentration, focus and body awareness. Mat work is for everyone.
PRYME - A fitness program for mature adults focusing on bone, muscle and joint health and fitness. This group workout offers an encouraging and friendly environment that motivates you to achieve your life fit goals.
SPIN - This indoor cycling program is non-impact and a great fat burner. With a challenging range of classes from a 30 minute H.I.I.T. workout to a 45/60 minute journey of mixed terrain intervals driven by powerful music. Spin will leave you exhilarated and get you fitter faster.
TAI CHI - Tai chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements, connecting the mind and body.
TEENS - Begin your fitness journey and learn the basics. Teens is for ages 12 to 17, teaching the fundamentals of fitness. A fun, inclusive class to set our teens up for life.
YOGA - The essence of yoga - breathing, feeling, listening to your body. Letting go of expectation, judgement and competition and becoming mindful in the moment. Breath and movement marry to bring poses into the body for a more physical and restorative feeling.
YOGA: MUMS AND BUBS - Classes promote: Strengthening the pelvic floor, the abdomen, legs and back, opening and relaxing tensions in the shoulders, neck and arms, improving circulation, improving and maintaining good posture, reducing fatigue and increasing relaxation.
AQUA FITNESS
A great core and toning workout using the natural resistance of water that is suitable for all levels of fitness, from beginner to advanced
PRYME AQUA
Led by a team of volunteers, Pryme Aqua is a gentler form of Aqua Fit.
HYDRO AQUA
Specifically designed for the elderly or for rehabilitation purposes this class is aimed at improving range of movement while strengthening joints.
