- Pilates/Gentle Pilates – Improve core strength, flexibility and postural strengthening.
- Gentle Yoga/ Yoga – De-stress and focus on your mind, body and spirit
- Y Robics – A freestyle aerobic workout to get your heart pumping.
- Y Dance – Dance inspired fitness
- Teen Gym – Session for 11-15 yr olds to build strength, co ordination, flexibility and confidence in a fun and social setting.
Our Small Group Training classes:
- Strength – A resistance based workout focusing on improving on overall strength and muscle tone.
- Cardio – An all - encompassing cardiovascular based workout.
- X Training – A freestyle resistance and cardio based class that will burn lots of calories while utilising all of your muscle groups.
- HIIT – Our high intensity interval training class will blast you with intense intermittent bouts of exercise, followed by easier ones to leave you breathless.
- Circuit – A form of body conditioning that targets strength building muscular endurance.
