We are delighted to announce the reopening of our gymnastics programs from Monday 29th June!
COVID Safety
Our team have been working hard to ensure our centre is Covid-Safe and there will be a few changes to our centre, our processes and our programs to make sure everyone is safe and has the best experience possible. We ask that everyone work with us to ensure we all remain safe and have a great time back in the gym.
Please make sure you read through our Gymnastics Covid Handbook and discuss all of these changes with your child/ren prior to returning. This will make sure all or our gymnasts start back well-prepared for a great return.
Direct Debit Billing Recommencement
All Direct Debit enrolments were placed on suspension from Monday 23rd March to Sunday 28th June 2020.
For Direct Debit Enrolments, billing will recommence on Friday 3rd July 2020.
- In this debit all customers will be billed their normal billing cycle of 2 weeks in advance.
- Please note for all classes 29th June – 3rd July, you will not be debited for these, as a credit has been applied from the suspended class/es due to the closure in March.
If you are not quite ready to return to gymnastics, please notify us by clicking here to email a request to extend your suspension. Please ensure you contact us no later than 5pm, 30 June 2020 or the debit will be automatically applied to your account.
To ensure a safe return for our customers and adherence to COVIDSafe requirements we announce the following;
Feeling Unwell
Please ensure you do not attend the centre if you or your child are feeling unwell, have a cough, cold sore throat or a temperature.
Missed Session / Make-Ups
If you are unable to attend due to illness or feeling unwell, makeup lessons may be available by request and are dependent upon availability.
Pick-Up & Drop Off / Centre Access
To ensure our centres adhere to government social distancing and venue limit restrictions, there will be limited access and some new procedures for parents and adults visiting our facilities.
- Pick up & Drop Off zones will be established at each centre with coach supervision at each area to ensure the safe arrival and departure of our gymnasts. Parents are asked to wait at these zones and the gymnasts will be escorted to and from the parent pickup/drop-off zone.
- Should an adult (anyone over the age of 18 who is not registered as a participant in a class) be required to come into the facility (eg Kindergym Parents), you will be required to register your name and details at the front of the centre via a smart phone and QR Code. Please ensure you bring with you an appropriate device to register your details prior to entry.
Casual Visits
Casual classes/visits will not be available at present, to reduce contact between different groups of customers. Please click here to contact your centre if you would like to secure your position on an ongoing basis.
