The Y is one of the largest providers of gymnastics training across the NSW with over 4,000 weekly participants, and is a great start to every child's active and healthy lifestyle.

Watch your child learn through play, with our Kinder Gym program at the Y! The program develops the child through social, emotional, cognitive and physical activities in a safe, fun and structured environment. Classes for infants and pre-schoolers.
Children are provided with a wide range of opportunities to help develop confidence, coordination, gross motor and fine motor skills, strength and socialisation skills all while having lots of fun!
For boys and girls aged 12 months – 5 years.
Gymnastics develops physical skills of balance, coordination, flexibility and strength, as well as building self-esteem and confidence in a safe and fun environment. Recreational gymnastics classes at the Y are for all skill levels from beginner to advanced, including artistic & rhythmic gymnastics, FreeG, YMCA Ninjas and more!
Recreational gymnastics can provide pathways to competitive gymnastics, as well as foundation skills for other sports!
For boys and girls aged 5 -18 years.
We’ll give you everything you need to compete at the level that’s right for you. We know what it takes to shine at state, national and international levels. For all ages.
