Pickleball is an exciting and fast-paced sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Played with paddles and a lightweight ball on a smaller court, it’s a game that’s easy to learn, fun for all ages, and provides an excellent workout. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced player, Pickleball at the Y NSW Epping is the perfect way to stay active and engaged!
Pickleball can be played as singles or doubles, with players trying to score points by hitting the ball over the net into the opponent’s court. The game is played on a smaller court than tennis, and the ball must bounce once on each side before players can volley. Games are generally played to 11, 15, or 21 points.
The Y NSW offers fully equipped facilities to provide the ideal environment for learning and playing Pickleball. Our courts are well maintained, and we provide all the necessary equipment, ensuring participants have everything they need to fully engage in the classes. Safety is a top priority, and all our facilities comply with strict safety standards.
