A beginner school aged level where participants will learn water safety & familiarisation, buoyancy and floatation, body position and rotation, underwater skills, stroke development including extended arm paddle, back sculling, aided kick on front and back and torpedos 3 metres.

Participants will learn underwater skills, entries and exits, water safety, stroke development including torpedoes, independent kick on back, big arms introducing freestyle arms and side breathing and backstroke arms for 10m.

Teen Beginner
A beginner teen level where participants will learn water safety, buoyancy and floatation, body position and rotation, underwater skills, stroke development including basic freestyle, backstroke arms, and back sculling. Participants will practice kicking independently and torpredoes for 3-metres, with a focus on building confidence in the water.

An intermediate teen level where participants will learn stroke development and endurance, including freestyle and backstroke with correct action and body position for 15- to 25-metres, survival backstroke for 12-metres and correct breaststroke kick with breathing.
