We welcome the three step plan for the gradual lifting of COViD-19 restrictions that Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, announced late last week.
As I’m sure you can appreciate we are keen to welcome you back to Ku-ring-gai Fitness and
Aquatic Centre as soon as possible.
We are currently working closely with Ku-ring-gai Council
to determine the earliest stage that we will be able to open our doors and how we can best
deliver programs and services to provide a COViD-19 safe environment.
However at this stage we will not be reopening the 50 metre outdoor pool. Our focus is to
provide fair and equitable access to the services that we offer for all our members. Due to the
current 10 person gathering rule this is not possible at this stage.
We will continue to monitor and review the situation as restrictions are further eased to
determine the optimum time to reopen the facility.
In the meantime your membership will remain suspended until further notice.
