Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
The Y NSW is an approved provider of the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) for Outside School Hours Care (OSHC).
The Australian Government provides a range of subsidies and programs to help with the cost of childcare, with the CCS being the main type of assistance that most families will use.
For eligible families enrolled in OSHC at the Y, the CCS will assist with reducing the out of pocket childcare costs and help to make childcare more affordable.

The Y NSW’s fortnightly Direct Debit payment system is designed to make payments easy. Fees for care are direct debited fortnightly from your nominated bank account or credit card. OSHC fees are paid two weeks in advance for the duration of the child’s enrolment.
Statements are issued to families in the week of the scheduled debit run. If at any time there is an outstanding balance on your account, the amount will be billed in the following fortnight’s debit run. Any casual bookings after the statements have been issued will be added to the debit run.

Need to change your payment details?
To update your nominated bank account or credit card details for direct debit payments, please download The Y Direct Debit Authorisation form and send it to the Y Child Care Team via childcare@ymcansw.org.au
Need to change booking days?
Provided there are vacancies, you can change permanent days with two weeks’ written notice. Please contact your centre Coordinator to find out availability.
