Meet our Y Instructor, Hailey. She has been in the industry for many years and loves teaching all experiences levels from Cross Fit to mobility and strength in older adults.
Hailey runs a Pryme Movers class at the Stromlo Lesiure Centre down in the ACT every Wednesday, where she focuses on essential moving patterns to help with mobility and bone density in older adults.
Hailey's classes are very popular and every class is booked out so you are in for a treat!
The class shown in the video is full body functional movement that participants can do at home with very minimal equipment. The class focuses full body strength workout as well working on cognitive function to improve balance and limited risk of falls in older adults. This class is aimed at the older generation 50+ for all fitness level.
