Terms & Conditions
1. By booking a Y NSW gymnastics trial you consent to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. The gymnastics trial is valid to first time visitors only. (A first time visitor is defined as a person over the age of 12 months old, that has not previously redeemed a gymnastics trial, or been enrolled in gymnastics, at the specific location where they are activating the trial within the current calendar year.)
3. The gymnastics trial can only be used in conjunction with the selected Y NSW managed gymnastics facilities, below is a list of participating facilities:
-The Y Bankstown
-The Y Caringbah
-The Y Epping
-The Y Penrith
-The Y St Ives
4. The "Bring a Friend for Free Gymnastics Trial" entitles you to one trial lesson at your selected gymnastics facility managed by the Y NSW. Classes valid for trial include:
• KinderGym (Kinder Tots & Kinder Rec)
• The Y Ninjas (KinderNinja, Ninja Jnr, Ninja Snr)
• Recreational ‘Beginners’ & ‘Intermediate’
• Team Gym
• Tumbling
• Teen Gym
• GymAbility
5. The trial lesson will be scheduled based on child’s current skill level, age, centre timetable and class availability. You will be contacted by the centre to schedule in the most appropriate trial class.
6. If you are unable to attend a scheduled trial, notification 24 hours prior to the trial must be given via phone or email to be eligible to reschedule to another date/time. Non-attendance with no prior notification will void the trial.
7. The gymnastics trial is not valid or transferable for cash, or to be combined with any other offers.
8. Members must adhere to standard membership terms and conditions.
9. Trial users must adhere to all current conditions of entry of their selected Local YMCA managed Gymnastics Facility.
10. the Y NSW has the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
11. the Y NSW may contact you (including by email, SMS, telephone or such other means) for marketing purposes.
12. For sites participating in the “Referral Campaign Offer” - all current members referring a friend whose friend signs up to a gymnastics program within seven days of their trial lesson, the referring member is eligible to receive one lesson free under the following conditions;
a. The full name of the referring member must be listed by the friend on the online application
b. All terms and conditions are accepted and initial payments are made by the “friend”
c. First full paying lesson is attended by the friend
d. The referring member must not be in arrears to receive credit
e. Once steps a to d are completed, the amount (to the value of one lesson) will be credited to the current member’s account.
13. This offer must be redeemed within the promotional period; Monday 25 March to Sunday 21 April 2024. All dates inclusive and not available for redemption outside of this period.
