Privacy Policy
The Y is committed to the responsible collection, handling, storage, disclosure and destruction of personal information, as specified in the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). We (the Y) respect the privacy of our clients, staff, partners and the wider community.
Speak Up Policy
The Y NSW is committed to best practice in corporate governance and compliance, as well as the demonstration of behaviours that are consistent with our values. We take unethical, illegal or other improper conduct involving our people or in the course of our operations seriously and encourage our people to Speak Up if they have these concerns.
Concession Cards Policy
The Y NSW recognises the value and importance of its services and programs, and the contributions that recreation, sporting and community groups provide to the Y NSW.
Photography Policy
The Photography Policy provides guidance to staff and clients on the appropriate taking, use and storage of images taken of YMCA NSW staff or clients or on YMCA NSW premises.
