This October, we're celebrating Mental Health Month at the Y!
The theme for Mental Health Month in 2021 is ‘Tuning In’. We’ve been ‘tuning in’ to Zooms, Google Classroom, webinars, 11am press conferences and there has been so much to take in throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
For Mental Health Month, the Y invites you to ‘tune in’ to your wellbeing. Tune in to yourself, connect with your physical and mental health, connect with your communities, rethink attitudes on mental health and find resources that will strengthen and build your mental and emotional resilience and strength.
Week 1 | Week 2 | Week 3 | Week 4
