The health, wellbeing and safety of the community and our people is our top priority. In line with the current Public Health Order, our Recreation and Aquatic centres across Greater Sydney were closed on 6pm 26 June 2021. They are currently scheduled to reopen on Saturday, July 31.
While we are committed to complying with all Government and health advice, we also know that the services and social connection we provide are key ingredients in our community’s collective physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. To ensure our members can get your Y fix from home, we have launched a range of online offerings to help you connect and keep your goals on track through lockdown.

Billing & Accounts
Charges will not apply for closure periods, and we will automatically amend your account. There’s nothing you need to do.
When our centre is able to re-open, we will resume regular billing. Any credits you have received will reduce the balance of your regular charges.
As the situation unfolds, we will continue to update you on any changes that may occur.
For customers at sites unaffected by the shutdown, your billing will proceed as per normal.
