As the Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast gets underway, YMCA fitness and recreation centres are encouraging young people to start their sporting journeys at one of our learn to swim, gymnastics or indoor sports programs.
YMCA NSW knows that all champions are created in environments that provide expert training, guidance and support. Many successful Australian athletes have begun, or further developed, their sporting careers at the Y.
Parents enrolling their kids in YMCA classes in NSW can take advantage of the State Government’s Active Kids voucher, which provides $100 to families for sport or fitness activities undertaken by their school-aged children.
Plus, by enrolling your child now until 15 April, children will go in the running to win 12-weeks free swimming lessons, gymnastics or indoor sport classes*.
For more information about YMCA NSW programs, using the Active Kids voucher with us or to enrol your child in a class, contact your local centre or visit our website via: www.ymcansw.org.au/active-kids
