TABATA – 20 seconds on 10 seconds off through each exercise to complete one full round.
6 rounds in total.
1. Mountain climbers
2. Bear crawl
3. Squat jumps
4. Push up to shoulder tap
5. Lateral lunge
6. Burpees
*60 seconds in between rounds. Score is how many completed reps during the entire workout.
