I N G R E D I E N T S
- 5 x wholemeal English muffins
- 300g pizza sauce (approx 2 cups)
- 125g diced mushrooms
- 1 x capsicums, finely diced
- 220g tinned diced pineapple, drained
- 125g mozzarella cheese
M E T H O D
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Prepare ingredients: chop mushrooms and dice capsicum
- Cut muffins in half
- Spread with pizza sauce
- Top with mushrooms, capsicum and pineapple
- Sprinkle over cheese
- Bake in oven for approximately 5-8 minutes (or until cheese is melted)
N OT E S
You can buy pre-sliced mushrooms to
make this faster.
This recipe is vegetarian and egg free.
Substitutions:
GF: Use GF English muffins
DF: Omit mozzarella
