I N G R E D I E N T S
- 1 x 450g turkish bread
- Bottle of spray olive oil
- 200g bottle of pizza sauce (e.g. Leggos squeezy pizza sauce with garlic, onion & herbs)
- 1 x zucchini, grated
- 1/2 x capsicum, diced
- 80g mushrooms, diced
- 1 cups diced ham (or shredded chicken breast) – approximately 500 grams
- 1 cups grated tasty cheese (low fat)
M E T H O D
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Cut turkish bread in half lengthways and lay the halves out on baking tray. Spray with olive oil.
- Place in oven for approximately 5 minutes (until slightly crunchy)
- Spread each slice with pizza sauce, then top with grated zucchini, diced capsicum, diced mushrooms and diced ham (or chicken)
- Sprinkle a generous handful of grated cheese over each pizza.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 8-10 minutes (until the cheese has melted)
- Use a sharp knife to cut the bread into wedges, and serve
