For his Mum Sally the gymnastics classes at the Y have also been a great opportunity for her to meet other parents and forge friendships:
"We have got to know some lovely people and we enjoy socialising. What initially appealed about Kinder Gym was the fact it was an all-year-round, indoor activity so we can have consistency with our routine.
"We notice now at playgrounds Josh is getting more confident and is less afraid to try new things. He has had a few health challenges that restricts the sporty activities he can do. This has been great and it’s lovely doing it together."
Sally enjoys chatting to Rebecca Kanis at Kinder Gym and the two mums catch up over play dates with their boys when they can.
"Tiberius and Josh have a great relationship," Rebecca says. "Tiberius loves coming here – it’s a great physical outlet and he is constantly challenged, with tumbling skills and that sort of thing."
"It’s the little things that make a big difference and show that the care they provide is genuine."
